To Little Caesars (or is that Little Caligulas?) everywhere, Greetings and Salutations via these Letters Patent!

From the Commonwealth of Virginia, these Greetings: sic semper tyrannis! Our Great Seal contains valuable lessons for tyrannical tantrum throwers and Little Trust Fundleroys.

From the wilder West Virginia (always home for me), these Greetings: Montani semper liberi! Our Great Seal also contains valuable lessons for spoiled tyrannical trust fund brats. Born in the midst of the Civil War, and borne of our principled stand for freedom and equality, we chose to forsake the false trappings of pedigree, and broke from an original Colony - sundering ourselves from the ill-gotten gains of slavery.
